Paper knife has a large gold nugget for a handle. The blade is made of ivory. A presentation plate attached to the blade is engraved in script: "To / President Harding / From Press Boys of Anchorage, A. July14-1923 /C.J. Lineke E.F. Jessen J.H. Peterson / E.L. Bedell A.E. House R.O. Scott." The blade has a curved, pointed tip.
